On July 26, 2023 within the scope of the second "Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum" summit, Professor Joseph Nyandwi, Director General of Burundi National Institute of Public Health (l’Institut National de Santé Publique du Burundi), paid an official visit to the Institute. Professor Nyandwi got acquainted with the main activities of the Institute, visited a number laboratories and pilot production. During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding between the institutions and possible areas of scientific cooperation were agreed.
